Nestled in a quaint village in the foothills of Belize, Medicine Tree Lodge is a 12-acre sanctuary—complete with a year-round clear creek, breathtaking hilltop views, lush, ever-giving vegetation, and access to pure spring-fed water. It’s a slice of paradise where nature provides in abundance.

What started as a dream for two Canadians has now become our reality. When we arrived here, unsure of where life was leading us, we simply followed a feeling—an inner knowing that this land was meant to be our next home.

Over the past 16 months, we’ve been listening—to ourselves, to the land, to the quiet wisdom of nature. Becoming stewards of this space has invited us to slow down, reconnect, and heal. It hasn’t always been easy. True transformation means facing every part of ourselves—light and shadow alike. But it’s often in the dark that we find the clearest light.

Guided by nature’s rhythm, we are creating an off grid eco retreat where others can come to breathe deeply, to rest, and to remember who they truly are. A space to explore a different way of living—in harmony with the Earth and all beings, as co-creative partners in this life.
